Removable parts and water drawer for easy cleaning.
The water at the drawer is to collect the grease and makes easy the cleaning of the unit.
Thanks to the heavy duty – stainless steel burner and its high power the cooking surface is ready for use in a very short time.

Single electric fryer 700-series.
You can fry various products fast with quality & low consumption.
It is controlled by a thermostat with an adjustable temperature from 50°C – 190°C.
The thermostat is positioned in front of the machine in order to be protected from the heating, water vapors and oils that come out during operation.
Thanks to 10kW power per basin, it makes it the most POWERFUL & EASY to use with quick oil heating within 5 minutes. Immediate response and stabilization of the oil temperature after operation, thanks to the thought-out placement of the heating elements.
